95 North or South
Travelling on 95 South take Exit 20 (East Providence/Cape Cod) or from 95 North take Exit 19 (East Providence/Cape Cod). Merge onto 195 East. Take Exit 8 (Pawtucket Ave/Seekonk). Take a left at the end of the exit ramp (Warren Ave- Route 6 East). At your third light go left under the bridge and take the first left at the light (Honey Dew Donuts on corner) onto Waterman Avenue. We are 1/3 mile on the right.
195 West
From 195 West, take exit 1 (Fall River Ave/MA-114A toward Seekonk) and follow the ramp right onto Route 114A. After passing the Showcase Cinema, turn left at your first light onto County Street. Bear right onto Waterman Avenue at the light just before the Honey Dew Donuts. We are 1/3 mile on the right.

From 95 South, take exit 90 (CT-27). Turn left onto Route 27/Greenmanville Avenue. At the end of the road, at the 6th light, take a right onto Roosevelt Ave. Then take a sharp left onto Broadway Extension at the fire station. Cross over the railroad tracks. We are the second building on the right. Enter and proceed to the third floor, "CONRI Development Group.”
