Submit A Location

Have you found a location that you think would be perfect for a SUBWAY® restaurant?  Contact the development office and provide the exact address.  We will prepare a demographic report and contact the landlord if the location looks viable and meets SUBWAY® restaurants’ criteria.  The Development Team evaluates square footage, condition of the premises, parking, visibility, accessibility, traffic and demographics.  We track receipt of new locations chronologically in the event the same location is submitted by multiple prospective franchisees.

In the case of locations found by development office staff, locations will be allocated to those franchisees holding an open franchise or to the closest franchisee demographically, if applicable.  All sites are awarded at the discretion of the Development Agents to those applicants meeting qualifying requirements.
